Complete this application form to provide the information required for the preliminary evaluation of your institution under the EISTA Institutional Accreditation Framework.

This application enables the EISTA Accreditation Department to conduct an initial review of your institution’s legal status, educational activities, organizational structure, and quality practices to determine its eligibility for Institutional Accreditation.

An Application Assessment Fee of 29$ is required to initiate the administrative review and preliminary evaluation of your application. Once your application has been submitted and the payment has been successfully received, your file will be assigned to an EISTA Accreditation Officer for further assessment.

Institutional Accreditation granted by EISTA recognizes that an institution has successfully met the quality standards established by EISTA within the scope of its accreditation framework. It does not constitute governmental recognition, state licensing, or authorization to operate where such approvals are required by applicable laws. Applicants are encouraged to review this framework carefully before submitting an accreditation application.
